En sus mesas ofrecen alcohol para las manos, servilletas, palillitos de dientes, gran variedad de refrigerios. Mesas grandes y bastante separadas.Moncho Maldonado5Excelente lugar para degustar los exquisitos pinchos y algo mas.te tratan como en familia y tienen un excelente servicioMohammar Larracuente1Puerto Rico es uno de los lugares más amigables del mundo.  Mi esposa y yo nunca hemos tenido ningún tipo de problema con el servicio al cliente en PR hasta ahora.  La señora rubia de este establecimiento fue la persona más grosera e irrespetuosa con la que nos hemos encontrado en todos nuestros años viniendo a la isla.  Mi esposa y yo nos detuvimos aquí para tomar un bocado rápido y pedimos un par de pinchos para el camino.  Pidió 2 con guayaba y pique, y 2 con salsa BBQ y guayaba.  Los marcaron con una nota.  Mi esposa no es muy amante al pique, así que cuando vio que la nota decía BBQ y pique, no estaba muy contenta.  Le dije que el pique no estaba demasiado picante, probó mi pincho y estuvo de acuerdo.  Así que iba a hacer que agregaran un poco de guayaba a sus pinchos y eso es todo.  Incluso si hubiera sido por un lado hubiera estado bien.  La chica del pelo negro del frente fue más que comprensiva con la falta de comunicación e insistió en hacer un orden nuevo en su lugar.  Mi esposa recibió su nuevo pedido y optamos por comer en el auto ya que había comenzado a llover.  Cuando terminamos y estábamos listos para despegar, la mujer rubia de la parte de atrás salió y nos llamó. Ella estaba gritando que no hacen devoluciones y que le dijimos algo diferente de lo que pedimos.  Fue extremadamente irrespetuosa y grosera y nos obligó a tomar el pedido equivocado passandolos por la ventana de nuestro auto.  Estábamos más que felices de pagar por ellos, porque eran buenos, pero ella fue muy descortés y no nos dejó hablar. Ella siguió hablando sobre nosotros insistiendo que estábamos equivocados. Pero como no nos dejó la oportunidad de ofrecer a pagar por ellos, nos fuimos.   Hay otros quioscos y pequeños establecimientos en la zona que tienen más variedad y mucho mejor servicio!

Puerto Rico is one of the friendliest places in the world. My wife and I have never had any kind of customer service issue in PR until now. The blonde lady at this establishment was the most rudest and disrespectful person we have ever run into in all of our years coming to the island. My wife and I stopped here for a quick bite and ordered a couple of kabobs (pinchos) for the road. She ordered 2 with guava and hot sauce and 2 with BBQ sauce and guava. They marked them with a note. My wife isn’t crazy about hot sauce, so when she saw that the note said BBQ and hot sauce she wasn’t too happy. I told her that the hot sauce wasn’t too hot, she tasted my kabob and agreed. So she was going to have them add some guava to her kabobs and thats all. Even if it was on the side it would have been fine. The brunette lady at the front was more than understanding of the miscommunication and insisted on making a new order instead since she saw the note and they weren’t open. My wife got her new order and we opted to eat in the car since it had started to rain. As we finished and were ready to take off when the blonde woman came out and hailed us down and told us off about taking back the kabobs. She said that they don’t do returns and insisted that we told her something different when my wife knew what we ordered. She was extremely disrespectful and rude and forced us to take the wrong order with us by tossing them through our car window. We were more than willing to pay for them even though she gave us the wrong order because they were good, but she was so discourteous and wouldn’t let us get a word in. She just kept talking over us saying we were wrong. There are other kiosks and small establishments in the area that have more variety and way better service!
