I rarely post negative reviews but I need to do it so the owners are aware and can improve and also for the customers to be aware when ordering the same dishes.

The service was great and the presentation of the food too. But the food was terrible. The worst biftec with onions that we have ever had. The server recommended us the biftec as it is “brutal” and juice. We also asked the server to make sure that the food was really. On the opposite, it came cold, hard, very very dry and without juice. Here is a picture of it. The mashed potatoes (majado malanga) had a very strange flavor. We ended up eating the rice and beans only. I can’t believe that they did not offer to change the meat, but only to heat it up (to make it every more dry and hard). We ended up paying full price for a food that we did eat or enjoy. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Estoy muy decepcionada con este restaurante. Tiene muy buenas críticas en Google. Sin embargo, esa no fue nuestra experiencia. Rara vez publico críticas negativas, pero tengo que hacerlo para que los propietarios estén al tanto y también para que los clientes estén al tanto al pedir los mismos platos.

El servicio fue estupendo y la presentación de la comida también. Pero la comida estuvo terrible. El peor biftec con cebolla que hemos probado. El camarero nos recomendó el biftec porque es “brutal” y jugoso. También le pedimos al camarero que se asegurara de que la comida estuviera realmente caliente. Al contrario, el biftec llegó frío, duro, muy muy seco y sin caldo. Adjunto incluyo una foto del biftec. El majado de viandas tenía un sabor muy extraño. Terminamos comiendo solo el arroz y las habichuelas. No puedo creer que nos se ofrecieran a cambiar la carne, sino solo a calentarla (para que quedara cada vez más seca y dura). Terminamos pagando el precio completo por una comida que comimos o disfrutamos. NO LO RECOMENDAMOS.Octavio Padro4Muy buena comida, buenos platos, buen ambiente y un trato excepcional!
